The Commonwealth Club, centre of exchange of ideas, has allied its conference and meetings offering in line with the airline industry.
Based on the principles of supply and demand, The Commonwealth Club is offering day delegate rates from just £5+VAT per person.
At the heart of the capital, the specialist meeting and event space is targeting organisers who are looking for a maximum return on their investment with the introduction of their ‘delegate-lite rates'. The modern design led spaces are ideal for events from 5 - 150; from discreet board meetings to empowering employees in the stylish auditoria.
Subject to availability, the rates offer delegates tea and coffee on arrival, room hire, afternoon tea and coffee and stationery. And in line with the airlines, food and drink are charged as extra. The new pricing strategy takes immediate effect, with January rates starting from £5+VAT, rates in October are from £12+VAT and November just £10+VAT per person.
Shaun Whitehouse, Club manager said: "To some this is an unconventional approach, however, it affords our most loyal clients and those who book well ahead the most advantageous rates. We have reviewed where we can save on overheads, whilst not compromising on service levels and delegate experience. All of the feedback from our clients highlights that this is a welcome approach to doing business in today's meetings market"
