The Business Travel and Meetings Show has 150 confirmed exhibitors, and is expecting a further 50 to sign up before the 2011 event.
Centaur Travel Group, which runs the event, said the show will be bigger year on year, reflecting a more positive mood in the business travel industry.
Event organiser David Chapple said that although it is early days, he is confident for a strong show in 2011.
“BTMS is tracking ahead of last year... From a supplier viewpoint, there is more confidence in the industry than there was this time last year.
“There is also more financial security. And that means companies are, once again, keen to invest in this show, which plays such a key role in raising and maintaining brand awareness among new customers.”
Chapple added that investment in the UK Executive Buyer Programme, which includes a team of concierges to help the travel buyers during their stay, has also paid off:
“With the continuing investment in our UK Executive Buyer Programme and the launch of our European Hosted Buyer Programme, both large and small brands are signing up for BTMS 2011 because it provides an incomparable opportunity to reach such a high quantity of top quality buyers.”
The event will take place on February 8 and 9 2011 at Earls Court.
