OLD AIRCRAFT fans should be in for a splendid summer with Air Atlantique putting a complete range of old aircraft into the national air show programme. If you have never flown on a Douglas DC3, Scottish Aviation Twin Pioneer, de Havilland Dove or Dragon Rapide or Percival Prentice now is your chance. The aircraft have full passenger airworthiness certification to the highest standards. There will be pleasure flying at Coventry Airport on a few select days, and return seats can be booked on flights to Southend, Manchester and Shoreham (maybe Blackpool too). At each venue there will be a series of 20-minute passenger trips. The aircraft will also be appearing in most of the major air displays throughout the summer. However if you are really keen (or looking for something different for your guest) all of the aircraft are available for special charter.
