Attended by over 70 delegates representing 35 airlines and airports the day produced an elegant introduction by sponsor OAG business development managing director Duncan Alexander; a fascinating discourse with the Press Association”s long standing transport correspondent Peter Woodman; Simon Calder, travel editor of the Independent; Michael Regester, an expert in crisis management; Peter Nunn from the BBC; Airline Business editor Kevin O”Toole; with Keith Betton, head of corporate affairs at ABTA winding up the day”s activities. APRO chairman Dale Keller hosted the proceedings.
