ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives) is to hold its first event in the Gulf Region, with the Middle East Executive Forum taking place at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai on 2 April, 2007.
Educational procurement and expense management are the Forum themes, which will be moderated by BBC journalist Peter Nunn. Topics to be addressed include airline commissions and the impact to the corporate buyer; best practices in hotel programmes; the value and implementation of corporate credit cards; and an overview of the changing business trends within the Gulf region and its impact on the corporate travel market.
Those wishing to attend can apply for a 75% discount on ACTE membership, which the Association is offering in recognition of the Dubai event. Registration for the annual discounted membership will be available until 9 April, 2007 and costs ”85.
