Global travel management company (TMC), Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), has made a number of improvements to its online travel itinerary platform for corporate travellers, HRG Trip.
The web-based system provides detailed itinerary information for travellers and travel bookers, incorporating flight data for both low cost and full service airlines, accommodation details and rail and car hire bookings.
Additional upgrades include: information on all hotel itineraries booked either through or outside the GDS (global distribution system); new language options in French, Italian and Danish; frequent flyer card display and ticket number display.
Customers can also add travel information to calendars that support the iCalendar standard, including Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook and rail bookings on the SNCF network are now included in the system.
