Delta Air Lines has announced it will soon launch personalised company sites that allow corporate travellers to access the benefits they receive as part of their employers’ Corporate Sales Agreement.
Launching for US-based accounts in November, the sites will provide corporate clients with a customised portal for their travellers and travel managers.
The sites come in addition to a range of features Delta has developed for its corporate clients, including account-specific messaging on benefits via the airline’s mobile app and website, which can be further customised with co-branding.
The carrier also began offering travel managers trip-level operational reporting metrics earlier this year, providing details on specific routes on which travellers fly.
Delta says it also provides a number of other benefits for corporate customers, including one-on-one consultation using data to inform policy, company-specific welcome messages when travellers check in and personalised service during their flight, destination information for travellers extending a work trip for a leisure stay, and a 24/7 global sales team to support clients and travellers.
Kristen Shovlin, VP of sales operations and development at Delta, said: “More and more, people are looking for an increasingly personalised experience from the brands they interact with. This is true across industries, and the corporate travel experience is no different. We’ve been on a journey for several years to offer increased account-specific options and more personalisation for our corporate customers and travel managers, making Delta easy to do business with. Our corporate customers aren’t one-size-fits-all, so their experience with Delta shouldn’t be either.”
