Spanish low-cost carrier Vueling is to launch a new route between Gatwick and Paris Charles de Gaulle.
The airline, which is part of British Airways’ parent company IAG, will operate the route six times per week from May 5, 2016, with Saturday being the only day without flights.
Vueling will use an Airbus A320 aircraft on the route, which will leave Paris at 20.20 for arrival at Gatwick at 20.40, while the return flight departs Gatwick at 21.25 and arrives back in Paris at 23.40.
The Barcelona-based airline is opening a base at Paris CDG in May 2016. It has already announced eight new routes from the airport: Bari, Copenhagen, Fuerteventura, Naples, Prague, Tangier, Venice and Vienna.
