Ryanair has hailed its new approach to customer service as it posts record passenger traffic figures.
The Irish carrier said in July it became the first airline to carry more than 10 million customers in one month.
Traffic grew 11 per cent in July compared to the same period last year, with rolling annual traffic growing 15 per cent to 95.3 million.
Ryanair spokesperson Kenny Jacobs said: “These record customer numbers and highest ever load factors are due to our lower fares, our stronger forward bookings and the continuing success of our “Always Getting Better” customer experience programme, which continues to deliver stronger than expected traffic and load factors on our biggest ever summer schedule.”
