Ryanair has expanded its 2017 summer schedule from Manchester with five new routes and a 13 per cent increase in capacity at the airport.
The Irish no-frills airline will launch services to Berlin, Hamburg, Nuremberg, Oslo and Wroclaw.
It will also add extra flights to destinations including Rome, Palma and Zadar.
Ken O’Toole, CEO Manchester airport said: “These routes are proving popular with both business and leisure passengers within our catchment area, which stretches from the east to the west coasts of the UK and as far North as the Scottish borders.
“Coupled with increased frequencies on routes to a range of sunshine destinations, this commitment is yet another vote of confidence in Manchester and the wider North."
