Oman Air has today launched a second daily flight between Heathrow and Muscat.
The new service will depart Heathrow at 0825, landing into Muscat at 1850, with the return leg WY103 leaving Oman at 0125 and landing into London at 0630.
The carrier’s existing Heathrow service WY102 departs at 2050, landing into Muscat at 0720 the following day, with the return leg WY101 leaving Oman at 1400 and landing into London at 1905.
Heathrow said the flight slots purchased recently by Oman Air to operate this route cost a record breaking $75 million.
