Dublin airport has said there could be “knock on delays” after the roof of a hangar caught fire this morning.
Departures and arrivals were suspended for around 90 minutes as the blaze was brought under control.
The Dublin Airport Authority said the fire was in a restricted area, separate from the passenger facilities.
There are no reports of any injuries and the aircraft in the hangar has not been affected.
Flights were diverted to other airports or cancelled until shortly before 9am and passengers are advised to contact their carriers for the latest information.
