British Airways is halving the number of business-only London City to New York flights from next month.
It means the airline will offer one transatlantic all-business class service daily on weekdays instead of two.
The airline said the cancellation means it will fly 12 times a day from London to New York rather than the current 13.
BA plans to keep the 0945 service from City airport and cancel the later flight which departs at 4pm.
A spokesperson said: “We constantly evaluate the commercial performance of our entire global network and will increase or reduce our schedules as we feel appropriate.”
