SilverDoor has completed its merger with Synergy Global Housing. As of Wednesday (1 April), the two companies are fully integrated and operating as a single, unified entity under the SilverDoor brand.
The merger was first announced last August, while a new senior leadership team was revealed in November, bringing together executives from both companies.
SilverDoor CEO Stuart Winstone said: “Seven months ago we made a commitment to our clients, our teams and our partners that this integration would be done properly and done quickly. I’m proud to say we’ve delivered on both."
Post-merger, SilverDoor now employs more than 400 people across 14 offices. Clients have access to a single, unified technology platform and a supply chain that spans 143 countries globally.
The company said it intends to further expand this year with planned office openings or upgrades in Dubai, Riyadh, Shanghai, San Francisco, New York, Houston and Seattle as SilverDoor strengthens its position in the Gulf and Asia Pacific regions.
In May, the company will also launch Synergy by SilverDoor, a "curated collection of professionally managed apartments" with initial locations in the UK, US and Ireland. This initiative will be led by chief product officer Leslie O'Brien.
