MARRIOTT has come up with a really useful initiative as part of its ”At Your Service” programme. With this new innovation clients will receive an email five days before they are due at the property detailing local transportation, weather and restaurant information, as well as directions and maps. This service is now being introduced at nearly 2,500 hotels worldwide, including Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard, SpringHill Suites, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites and Marriott Conference Centres. With the hotel web site also shown on the email the client can also quickly check current weather conditions.
