Luxury hotel chain Mandarin Oriental has agreed to manage and brand 80 apartments in London”s Knightsbridge. The venture will be developed on a site adjacent to the group”s London hotel and will be named One Hyde Park.
The development will also feature luxury retail and a selection of leisure facilities. Apartment owners will be offered bespoke services and amenities as an extension to the luxury hotel environment.
The hotel will be joined to One Hyde Park via an underground passageway. Two ranges of leisure facilities will be developed so apartment owners will be able to use separate facilities to those of hotel guests.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental is a new strategy on behalf of the hotel chain as it embarks on extending its property portfolio across the world.
