Hyatt Hotels & Resorts uniquely chose a hotel not covered by the brand to showcase its 57 worldwide properties to clients and the media in London last week.
The Great Eastern Hotel near Liverpool Street station, does not officially become a Hyatt until January but was purchased in March this year.
Originally opened in two phases in 1884 and 1901, the stunning Victorian property was fully renovated and rededicated in February 2000 under the watchful eye of investor and designer Terence Conran. Today, it boasts four restaurants, five bars and 12 private dining and event rooms and offers 267 guest rooms.
