IHG Hotels & Resorts has agreed a deal with Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company to open a new Hotel Indigo property in west London.
Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush will become the brand’s sixth location in the UK capital when it opens in spring 2025.
The 252-room hotel will undergo a “significant” refurbishment and redesign before opening as an Hotel Indigo property. Facilities include a restaurant and bar, spa, business facilities and meeting spaces.
Hotel Indigo, which was first launched as a boutique-style brand in 2004, currently has 41 properties in Europe with another 16 hotels in the planning stages. Globally there are 143 Hotel Indigo hotels with another 119 in the development pipeline.
