Hallmark Hotel Birmingham Strathallan has revealed the result of a £1.5 million refurbishment project that saw its bedrooms, suites and conference rooms receive makeovers.
Refurbishment works began in 2016 and saw the hotel invest £700,000 into modernising its lift structures and a further £450,000 spent turning 53 of its 135 guest rooms into double suites. This year the property has received updates including converting 18 twin rooms and refurbishment of the Wallace Suite and six other meeting rooms.
The Birmingham investment is part of Hallmark’s wider refurbishment initiative across all 28 of its hotels.
Amy Windsor, general manager of the Hallmark Hotel Birmingham Strathallan, said: “[The hotel] has a natural focus towards corporate and business guests and the increased space and investment will help us extend our offering to new and returning visitors.”
