INCIDENTALLY: Coffee Time
During a recent British Airways flight the cabin service director
announced,” Anyone requiring another cup of coffee or tea should press
the call button above their head."
One elderly gentleman was then seen standing and holding his plastic
cup up to the button before pressing it ” he really did expect a flow
of hot tea into the receptacle.
