The original featured US comedians Bud Abbot & Lou Costello but since most readers will not be old enough to recall the slapstick pair we have changed the names to Corbett and Barker. BARKER: Thanks. I'm setting up an office in my den and I'm thinking about buying a computer.
CORBETT: Mac?
BARKER: No, the name's Lou.
CORBETT: Your computer?
BARKER: I don't own a computer. I want to buy one.
CORBETT: Mac?
BARKER: I told you, my name's Lou.
CORBETT: What about Windows?
BARKER: Why? Will it get stuffy in here?
CORBETT: Do you want a computer with Windows?
BARKER: I don't know. What will I see when I look at the windows?
CORBETT: Wallpaper.
BARKER: Never mind the windows. I need a computer and software.
CORBETT: Software for Windows?
BARKER: No. On the computer! I need something I can use to write proposals, track expenses and run my business. What do you have?
CORBETT: Office.
BARKER: Yeah, for my office. Can you recommend anything?
CORBETT: I just did.
BARKER: You just did what?
CORBETT: Recommend something.
BARKER: You recommended something?
CORBETT: Yes.
BARKER: For my office?
CORBETT: Yes.
BARKER: OK, what did you recommend for my office?
CORBETT: Office.
