AirPlus International and US supplier of T & E solutions Outtask have signed a partnership which they say will enhance “the business travel and expense management process.”
Under the agreement the companies will integrate AirPlus's corporate payment system with Outtask's online booking tool Cliqbook.
They will also combine Outtask's expense management system Vinnet with Airplus's descriptive billing information.
Spencer Hanlon, managing director of AirPlus, said the deal would give clients a “fully automated travel procurement, payment and reporting environment.”
He added: “Our corporate customers will have a wider degree of travel program management, saving them time and money.”
Tom DePasquale, ceo of Outtask, said: “Suppliers, buyers and travellers have long sought a fully automated solution that offers procure to pay capabilities for corporate travel.
“Consolidated corporate travel procurement and settlement offers every party of the economic chain value in managing business travel from a single source.”
