BAE SYSTEMS 146/Avro series aircraft may be out of production but it remains popular with both airlines and passengers. Now part of the Lufthansa Regional Group Air Dolomiti of Italy is to lease five BAe 146-300 aircraft, a new aircraft type for the carrier. Eurowings gains a further six similar aircraft. Lufthansa Regional is now the world”s largest operator of the former DH 146 with 37 aircraft.
