Travelport has announced a new retail product for hotels.
Hotel Retail gives agents a tool to deliver a “personalised customer experience” enabling hotel attachment rates within one workflow.
Travelport said bookers are now demanding access to a broader range of content and instant, relevant and detailed information about travel products at the point of booking.
Hotel Retail is fully integrated into Travelport’s platform, and gives Travelport Smartpoint-connected agencies efficient and seamless access to multiple rate types, hotel details, amenities and location information.
