Globalstar Travel Management has formed a strategic partnership with travel technology firm DCS Plus to develop complete solutions for its partners.
The two companies will work together on everything from a mid-back office system to travel content aggregation and distribution software, as well as a corporate self-booking tool and a B2C platform.
This partnership marks DCS Plus as the official mobile app provider for Globalstar and sets the launch of Tripstar, a travel itinerary mobile app built to support business travellers’ needs.
Globalstar says Tripstar will offer a blend of business and leisure experience, from trip management to flight status notifications, as well as local recommendations and communication capabilities to allow travellers to connect directly to their agent.
