Travel data specialist Travelogix has partnered with maritime-focused travel management company Global Marine Travel to strengthen the TMC’s data and reporting capabilities, the companies announced.
Under the agreement, GMT will deploy Travelogix’s Analytix data aggregation and reporting platform alongside Geo, its duty-of-care solution.
GMT, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale with operations across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, will also use Travelogix’s integrated ChatGPT module, which works within Analytix to enable “swift and accurate” data analysis.
“As GMT continues to specialise in AI and live agent-supported online booking tools to drive efficiencies within the maritime travel environment, the need for high-quality data management is vital,” said Mark Taylor, global director of operations and product innovation at Global Marine Travel.
“We see Travelogix as a proven partner to contribute towards our complete product suite for maritime customers.”
Travelogix CEO Chris Lewis added: “GMT has a clear vision for how data should support its future growth, and we're proud to be helping bring that vision to life. This partnership is about creating a strong data foundation that can evolve alongside the business.”
The GMT deal follows Travelogix’s June agreement with Singapore-based maritime travel specialist Energia to help the TMC consolidate data onto a single platform.
