Clarity has signed a contract with Systema Solutions for the supply of the Travelpower mid-back office system to initially support 500 users.
The firm says it envisions rolling the system out to more users over the next year as more clients are acquired. Travelpower has been used by Clarity since its inception in 2015.
Pat McDonagh, CEO of Clarity, said: “We needed a supplier who could respond in a timely and efficient way to our requirements, particularly as we operate in a fast-moving environment where our clients’ needs change very quickly. This in turn means we need a supplier who can meet and exceed our expectations to deliver solutions to our ever-growing client base.”
John Richardson, MD of Systema, added: “We’ve enjoyed a long history with Clarity predated by our involvement when it was Co-operative Travel Management and even before then, dating back as long as 19 years. The Travelpower system is well known for being function rich and very stable, whilst also being highly scalable for high-volume transaction environments. We are delighted to be continuing our long relationship with the Clarity team.”
