Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has received Level 3 certification for IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) programme.
The global TMC says it achieved the highest level of certification by working closely with its airline and technology partners around the world.
Level 3 certification means CTM is qualified in offer and order management under the new distribution scheme.
CTM says it is committed to ensuring its customers can access rich travel content through its own Smart Technology, including the Lightning online booking tool.
Laura Ruffles, global chief operating officer at CTM, said: “This has been a very considered and collaborative approach to ensure that CTM delivers greater value to its customers.
“In our role as a global provider of travel management services and innovative technology, it’s crucial for us and our clients that CTM is at the cutting edge of this industry, and that includes being at the forefront of the NDC evolution.
“We are excited about the future as we continue to partner with our suppliers to produce great technology and efficient processes that will best service our customers’ need across the globe.”
