ATPI Griffinstone, part of the ATPI Group, has signed a contract to manage the global travel programme for oil and gas recruitment firm Avanteq.
Based in Aberdeenshire, Avanteq is a supplier of engineering recruitment consultancy services to the global oil and gas industry.
The appointment follows a six month tender process to find a TMC to deliver an “integrated travel programme” for Avanteq’s corporate travel needs.
ATPI Griffinstone will focus on maximising cost saving and improving safety of the company’s travellers.
Enya Kennedy, Avanteq’s general manager, said: “In implementing a new global travel management policy and system it was essential that we appointed a travel management company with a clear understanding of our sector.
“The ability to deliver innovative and progressive travel technology, a proven track record of excellent customer service and a clear focus on improving cost efficiencies while enhancing the service provision and dealing with complex travel requirements, were all key factors in the decision-making process,” she said.
Headquartered in the UK, Avanteq also has a strong presence in the Caspian region in addition to global alliances to support operations in the Far East, Norway and Africa.
