NYS, Capita Travel and Events' meetings and events brand, is to provide strategic meetings and event management solutions for Rolls-Royce.
These solutions include venue finding and event management services, strategic meetings policy reviews and recommendations, negotiated and managed venue supplier programmes, and access to NYS’s MeetingsPro tool.
NYS said its portfolio of services will aim to "drive efficiency, value and savings for venue find and strategic meetings, making it easy for Rolls-Royce employees to manage meetings, and supporting the company’s desire to maximize the use of internal meeting space".
