The Business Travel & Meetings Show is inviting the industry to submit speaker proposals for the very first time.
The call for papers opens today and closes on Friday, October 8.
"If anyone knows what challenges are facing the business travel and meetings industries, what trends they need to be aware of and what strategies they should be adopting, it's the industry itself," said BTMS event director David Chapple.
"Inviting the industry to submit session proposals is indicative of the value we place on their feedback. Their input will be used to help shape the conference programme, ensuring the content is exactly what our visitors need to move their businesses forward."
The streamlined programme will feature 27 sessions, including daily keynotes, panel sessions, workshops and master classes.
The industry is invited to submit proposals for any session category. Content can be directed at senior buyers or new entrants to the market and can focus on any area within the business travel and meetings industries
BTMS takes place on February 8-9 at Earls Court in London.
