TMC network GlobalStar Travel Management has added Canada’s Kensington Corporate as its latest partner.
GlobalStar, which is ranked as Europe’s second largest TMC network, said the deal would allow it to strengthen its presence in Canada, as well as boost Kensington’s ability to serve clients beyond its home market.
James Stevenson, CEO at GlobalStar, added: “We are delighted to welcome Kensington Corporate as a partner. They are an experienced, ambitious business with genuine strength and presence across the country, and an approach to client service that is entirely aligned with our own.
“Together we can give their clients the reach, consolidation and reporting of a truly global network, while protecting the trusted relationships Kensington Corporate has built at home.”
Michael Beaucage, senior director of sales and customer success at Kensington Corporate, described joining GlobalStar’s network as an “exciting step”, which will provide “a real benefit for our clients”.
“As their needs extend beyond Canada, this partnership allows us to support and consolidate their travel programmes internationally, backed by GlobalStar’s global suppliers, technology and reporting,” said Beaucage.
Toronto-based Kensington Corporate is part of the wider Kensington group of companies which includes a range of leisure travel brands.
