New Zealand-based Serko has officially launched its Zeno travel booking and expense solution in Canada. Serko established reseller agreements for Zeno with Montreal's Encore Voyages Travel and Calgary's Custom Travel Solutions back in May and June, respectively. Notable about the tool is that it offers NDC integration with Air Canada, enabling capabilities such as personalized seat selection inside the tool. Zeno was recently named the People's Choice winner at BTN's annual Innovate conference in New York City. Zeno is initially being offered to Encore Voyages and Custom Travel Solutions clients.
