Each year our world, writing about the corporate travel industry, is celebrated at the annual Business Travel Journalism Awards (BTJAs).
This year we're delighted to have been shortlisted for seven awards.
As a team we are vying for the award for Business Travel Editorial Team of the Year, as well as Best Use of Digital in Business Travel and Meetings & Events for our series of webinars.
Content director Mark Frary has been shortlisted as News Journalist of the Year — Trade for his Analysis on the Amex GBT/HRG deal.
Content manager Amanda Greenwood has been shortlisted for Features Journalist of the Year in these categories
- CSR including Giving something back through travel programmes and The gender pay gap in business travel
- Ground Transport including Driverless transport in travel programmes
- Technology including Sabre moves to Amazon's cloud and microservices approach and Making traveller profiles worth it
- Industry Trends including Which TMCs are looking to acquire and what and Sabre moves to Amazon's cloud and microservices approach
The winners will be announced at the Corinthia Hotel, London on Thursday 4th October. Fingers crossed!
In 2017 Frary won News Journalist of the Year for his analysis KDS: What is Amex buying? and we were also awarded Best Use of Social Media. In 2015 we scooped Business Travel Editorial Team of the Year.
