BMIBABY is to launch daily services to Prague and Cork from Gatwick on 30 April, adding to the eight UK and 17 other European cities it currently serves. This is the first time that the BM Group has operated out of Gatwick. bmibaby will now serve Prague from all five of its main UK bases (East Midlands, Manchester, Cardiff, Teesside and Gatwick). Cork will be served from East Midlands, Manchester, Cardiff and Gatwick. In another innovative move the airline is launching a pioneering online seat selection system, which is not offered by any other UK budget carrier. The new system enables passengers to choose their seat at the time of booking.
