Whilst clearly of interest to both business and leisure travellers the budget airline is predominately homing in to the ski market, the Rockies, and the resort of Whistler proving to be very attractive. Vancouver is also served weekly from Glasgow. A weekly service to Montreal from Gatwick is ideal for skiers wishing to travel to the famous Tremblant ski area at prices equivalent to European ski flights. Zoom points out that its fares are very competitive and that it does not charge for skis, snowboards, boots or any other piece of sporting equipment. Premium seats offer 36" of legroom as well as complimentary drinks throughout the flight, additional baggage allowance, and a range of other benefits from only ”49 one way. In addition, Zoom will also fly weekly from both Gatwick and Glasgow to Toronto throughout the winter months, a popular city-break destination all year round.
