ZOOM AIRLINES has introduced a weekly summer service between Belfast International and Halifax and Toronto and says that it will offer Belfast ” Vancouver for 2006. All its flights are operated by Boeing 767 aircraft which also offer a premium class (at ”49 each sector) including additional legroom, superior in-flight meals and complimentary drinks. With the introduction of Belfast, Zoom operates from five UK airports to eight Canadian destinations; Belfast, Cardiff, Gatwick, Glasgow and Manchester to Toronto, Halifax, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg, proving that the budget concept can work in the long haul mode.
