POZNAM, in Poland, which is about halfway between Berlin and Warsaw, and until now not joined directly to London by air, is to have direct non-stop services from 18 September with a four times per week operation to Luton. Wizz Air, which claims to be Poland”s largest budget airline says that the success of the Katowice ” Luton route was a major factor in the establishment of the new operation. The airline, which flies the Airbus A320, says it is considering other new flights to and from Poznam.
