TUI UK, more familiar to British readers as Thomson Holidays, Britannia Airways and Thomsonfly.com is having a serious reshuffle of its top management. Out after 2” years goes Chris Mottershead, head of the German company”s British operation and formerly with Airtours (now MyTravel), replaced by TUI”s current Northern Europe chief executive, Peter Rothwell. Also departing is David Rowe, head of the Specialist Holiday Group, marketing director Hugh Edwards, finance director Fred Stratford, sales director Iain Fenton and finally communications director Sonia Davies. Jim Mann continues as chief information officer, Derek Jones takes the role of retail and commercial director, whilst Britannia managing director Kevin Hatton stays put!
