BRITISH AIRWAYS Danish franchise partner Sun-Air is to launch the first direct service between Birmingham and Billund in central Denmark (and the home of Lego) from 4 April. Operating the fast Dornier 328 turboprop there will be six weekly flights, all one class, (no service on a Saturday) each timed to take one hour 50 minutes. With a fleet that includes Jetstream 31 and ATP aircraft the airline serves regional Danish airports linking them to some of the major Scandinavian capitals.
