SINGAPORE AIRLINES is introducing a new three-times a week service
from Singapore ” Milan and Barcelona, from 19 July 2006. Singapore
Airlines will be the only airline to fly between Singapore and both
these Mediterranean cities. Flights will be operated using a Boeing
777-200ER (Extended Range) aircraft, and will depart Singapore every
Monday, Wednesday and Friday and arrive at Milan's Malpensa Airport
the next morning. From Milan, the flight will continue on to
Barcelona's El Prat Airport. Flights and schedules are subject to
regulatory approvals. With the addition of these new destinations,
Singapore Airlines will fly 81 times a week, to 12 cities in Europe.
