SN BRUSSELS & VIRGIN EXPRESS have issued a joint press release confirming that the two airlines are to be owned by a single holding company SN Airholding II with the Bransom-owned company the junior partner with 29%. Initially at least the two airlines plan to operate separately and for the future SN Airholding II could exercise an option to take over 100%. Further details are likely to emerge over the next few weeks.
