The upgraded facility now makes it possible to accommodate not only first class passengers and Platinum Voyager Members, but also business class travellers. Improvements include luxurious showers and a clothes-pressing service, and business facilities, including Internet connections, photocopier, fax and a colour scanner. In addition to this, continental breakfast and hot snack options are available. The lounge d”cor has been given a special South African touch and with all SAA flights arriving in the early morning it is ideal for busy travellers who can now shower and freshen up prior to heading to their final destinations. The airline arrival lounges are some of the best kept secrets at Heathrow with a pay as you go BAA facility available for those whose carrier does not offer the service.
