RYANAIR is to introduce a new twice daily route between London and Reus, which the airline calls Barcelona, 72 miles to the west. Ryanair also calls Girona Barcelona and that is 136 miles away (all figures supplied by Microsoft”s Autoroute ” is this a Ryanair record for misinformation?). The airline expects to carry 200,000 passengers in the first year. Start date is 6 November 2003 and bookings have opened.
