QATAR AIRWAYS is to introduce an initial three times per week service from Doha to Singapore, and onward to Cebu in the Philippines on 10 December. A three class Airbus A300-600 will be used for the 7 hour 30 minutes flight, the first ever non-stop service between the city state and one of the fastest growing hubs in the Middle East. Manila - Doha is already operated non-stop five times per week using an Airbus A330 with an 8 hour 30 minutes flight time. At the end of November and also three times a week, the airline added Tripoli, Libya, to its route network, again with an Airbus A300-600 for the 5 hour 40 minutes flight.
