Doha-based Qatar Airways has launched services to Tanzania as it boosts its African network. The airline said it "will spread its wings" to the Tanzanian capital Dar Es Salaam four times a week from Doha.
The route will be operated with an Airbus A319 and the aircraft will feature a two-class configuration of eight seats in Business Class and 102 seats in Economy.
The expansion extends the airlines' global reach to 71 destinations across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Indian subcontinent and Asia.
