OAG, the airline schedule provider, has come up with a web site which tells of the top 10 books to read on a long flight. The theory is that aircraft reading should be accessible, easy to get back to if you're distracted by a seatmate, or food cart, and short enough to finish on a two-hour leg. But there's something to be said for reading more ambitiously on a plane according to OAG. The list is highly subjective, provides intellectual satisfaction, refuge from road warrior stress and guilt-free pleasure.
