ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS has announced a string of measures to improve passenger facilities at Tokyo”s Narita airport. The airline will install 126 self-service check-in units, which will also be able to be used by Star Alliance partners, the Smart e-Service allowing passengers to complete all ticketing and check-in procedures online via computer or mobile phone will be available for flights departing from Narita Terminal 1 and also introduce in-line baggage screening inside the terminal to reduce the amount of time passengers have to wait.
