MONARCH SCHEDULED, the no-frills division of the charter airline, is to launch weekly flights to both Gran Canaria and Lanzarote from Luton for the winter season.
Unlike other budget competitors the airline offers pre-bookable allocated seating, complimentary daily newspapers and in-flight entertainment and a refreshing hot towel service and a loyalty scheme called the Vantage Club.
Passengers can purchase a hot meal; freshly baked snack, sandwich or full English breakfast from the recently launched in-flight menu.
Hot drinks, plus a selection of wines, spirits and minerals are also available.
Monarch Scheduled currently operates from Luton to Alicante, Faro, Gibraltar, Malaga, Menorca and Tenerife; from Gatwick to Alicante, Faro and Malaga; and from Manchester to Alicante, Barcelona, Faro, Gibraltar, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca and Tenerife.
