HUMAN RIGHTS, a new industry, has made its first inroads into the world of air travel. In New Zealand, it seems, there have been complaints regarding both Air New Zealand and Qantas who have a policy of asking (telling) men to move if they are allocated seats next to unaccompanied children. Male passengers have been raising this matter with Human Rights Commission and now both airlines have been instructed to go to mediation.
